I have been leading worship, writing songs, building teams, and training worship leaders for more than 15 years.

In churches of 30 and churches of 3000.

In high and low liturgical contexts.

I passionately advocate for worship leaders to root their identity in Christ, serve selflessly, grow biblically, think pastorally, learn their context, shape the culture, and connect songs of worship to a life of worship.
